Oh My Goodness, I am so excited!

French Style Green Beans!

Growing up, I used to make French style green beans with my grandmother. She used to get these huge bundles of beans from a family member who owned a farm. My grandmother used to set up this particular slicer in the kitchen and we would watch in amazement as the beans magically turned into French style green beans… or “snijboontjes” as we call them in Dutch.

I am so excited that my mom got me this device because you can simply not buy them anywhere! It is truly vintage!
