It is almost Thanksgiving and this means family time! Ofcourse it is pumpkin spice season and this is the season for the heartwarming dishes that make memories, this pumpkin soup recipe is no exception.
I must say that I have made this with several pumpkin types, varying from seminole pumpkin to Blue hubbard squash, and this year, I will make it using Moranga squash.
