So yesterday, I had some left over pork loin that I had cooked the day before. I was trying to conjure up some sort of dinner and since we had rice the day before, with the pork, I did not want to do rice again. Potatoes or pasta did not really catch my inspiration either so I decided.., maybe I can turn it into shawarma, which is basically like Gyro. I thought I had flour tortillas – nope. Then I thought Pita bread, maybe I can make it. 2.5 hours .. not today! Then I came back to flour tortillas. I never thought about making them, and they are so easy and so much better than store-bought!
