On December 27th I set up my new Aerospring tower. Actually, my husband set it up. I just added the nutrients and minerals to the water.

I took some cuttings of both sage and rosemary that were part of a poultry seasoning pack and I stuck these in some rockwool to let them root. They still look good. I hope they take ok!

Next, I had taken some of the starts that sprouted in the small yoghurt jars, and transferred these to rockwool. I sat a few bigger ones in the tower, and the smaller ones went in rockwool and on a heating mat to get bigger till they can go in the tower.

So far, my red cabbage is looking super healthy!, my lettuce is coming up and my ajvarski peppers sprouted. I cannot wait to see these guys grow!

This week, I am also starting some of my cool weather seeds. I am super excited to start growing in my new location!
