i have an over the range microwave – it sucks!

The microwave is a Samsung that hangs above the stove which has an exhaust fan in it that is supposed to wick away and disperse excess moisture. Not even to the outside of my home but at least away from the cooking surface.
I do not really use the microwave a whole lot but the exhaust is a must…and it is not working for me!
Issue number one is that when I open the door while it is running, the microwave keeps rattling after you open it.
Issue number two is worse, and it is now forcing me to keep the lids on my pots. When steam escapes and hits the bottom of the microwave, condensation builds up in despite of the fan being on. This then results in the condensation dropping back in the pan. It does not matter that i clean the bottom of the microwave. The idea that left on grease or potentially, cleaning agents would be deposited in the food I am cooking, caused me to toss out an entire pot of boiling water to refill it and boil it with the lid on. My dark brown cabinets discolor from the moisture too. What if I had hot oil on the stove and condensation entered that hot oil? That is one dangerous recipe for disaster.
I think you already gathered that I dislike my microwave, and I think you can sense my frustration with it. If you have any suggestions on how to prevent the moisture issue, please let me know! I would love to hear suggestions from Samsung too!
(P.S. I cannot wait to redo my kitchen!)
