Yeah you read that question… twice ..paused and your thought was what?

We found the dog, or what could have been a whole dog in the coils of our refrigerator. The former owners owned two big long haired dogs, like golden retriever sized dogs. The coils were so clogged up with hair and dust that you could not even see the coils anymore!

Leave it up to me to go exploring to see why the area around our fridge seemed so hot and so this was my reason for exploring in the first place.

Hubby is probably thinking .. this woman always gets into shit and always has something that comes up. When i called him with the request to come look at something disgusting with me, even he was grossed out. I was trying to remove some of the build up and then he took over to do more cleaning. We still need to blow it out with a compressor but we got a dog sized ball of crap removed from the coils. The fridge sounds better now too.

The thing that gets me is how people that have pets do not think about how the pet hair can impact things such as appliances. No thought goes into wait, maybe we should vacuum behind and in there so once in a while.

Please note, you are wasting a ton of money when you have coils this dirty – Please check your coils and vacuum in and around your fridge!
